Supporting you with one-to-one coaching in the UAE, in Poland and online — real changes to how you move, eat and feel, inside the life you already have.
I'm Kasia — Polish, Dubai-based for the last ten years, and a trainer because I can't imagine doing anything else.
I'm disciplined about the work and realistic about life. Weeks go sideways — travel, work, a month that disappears. None of it undoes what you've built. We adjust, and we carry on.
My clients get more than a programme. They get someone tracking the progress, adjusting the nutrition, and holding the standard on the days they can't. That's the part that actually changes things.

Certified fitness professional under European training standards.
Registered Exercise Professional — licensed to coach in the Emirates.
Formally qualified in nutrition — food is programmed, not guessed.
Progress is never a straight line. That's the point.
Some weeks you fly, some weeks you fight. My job is to make sure that either way — you keep rising.
Keep Rising began with the women I train. Women already carrying a full life — work, families, a move to another country — who kept being handed programmes that assumed none of that existed, and then made them feel they had failed when life got in the way.
I wanted something made by a woman who trains women. A place where the plan bends around a real week. Where food is never a punishment. Where getting stronger is something you build at your own pace, not something you are measured against.
And I wanted it shared. One woman deciding she is allowed to take up space, eat properly and lift heavy is a good thing. A whole group of them doing it, encouraging each other through the flat weeks, is something else entirely.
We go further together than any of us manage alone. So we rise together.
